If I could give a 0 rating or even a minus , I would. Dispatch fulfills in city deliveries first according to them. So expect to have your card debited for your online order - then wait.... they may be able to make it to the post office a couple of days later if they're not too busy. Because they are indeed busy with those in city deliveries. Plus they're short staffed you know. I'm absolutely amazed that they can manage at all with such issues. Shame on me for moving out of the city and being at the bottom of their service list.
Have to pay $12 for delivery since I can’t bring my daughter inside, comes later and later each time. Supposed to show up no later than 7pm, and when speaking to dispatch I was told rudely that even if I come pick it up tomorrow they’d have to “check about refunding my delivery” since it’s apparently being attempted while trying to cancel. It didn’t show up until after 830pm. Thanks so much for making me deal with a headache while I’m at work and waking my daughter because the driver couldn’t be contacted!
I bought a 4 pack of pre roll and infused joints, and it was two joints short. There was no problem fixing the issue, I got a new pack. I had my receipt and did not smoke the two I had. I am very satisfied with the customer service. If you're ever short on something and questioning if you should bring it back. Being honest goes a long way.
K like its an awesome experience, huge shop. The parking in back is sketch in the winter and I don't smoke weed just needed a nicotine vape and it was on my way. So I mean I can see if you went here for the wacky tobacky they had a huge array of types I guess you would say.
Unprofessional stuff. Stuff doesn’t know anything but how to charge. Location doesn’t have enough stuff as they have a big store. I went in there was like 10 person and one cashier who helping everyone. When I asked if they have anyone else after 15 minutes he said another person in the washroom. Took me 30 minutes to buy a pre rolled joint. Finally they does very good job giving you garbage and receipt but they cant do it quick enough
